More of the Beach

Here are a few more pictures of our trip to the beach. Wish you all had been there!

I love this shot of two of my great-grands. The one in the shorts is telling a tall tale to the other. Wish I had been close enough to hear what it was all about. It looks pretty intense, doesn't it?

Both are age 4 and the HIGHLIGHT of our trip. Busy boys. They can't wait to get into the crab boil.

That's me with all of the beach bums... except for one grandson who was taking the picture.

  4. Looks like it was such a nice gathering of family. We take a vacation with our daughters, sons-in-law and granddaughter every summer. We rent a house to accommodate everyone. One year my mom came along and another time my mother-in-law. We are not beach people so we have done Bass harbor, ME, Thousand Islands, NY, Lake Champlain, the Adirondacks, Lake Ontario, and this year a small town in northern PA near a park where the stars are really bright.

  8. Hi Latane, I found your beautiful post through Marie. I did not know you had this blog and so glad she linked it. Your family photos of the beach stir such a longing in my heart! My husband and I took our honeymoon at the beach and then through the years we took our children every year. We have not been back since our children have all grown and are spaced out. I really miss walking on the beach in the early mornings. Your photos are such good memories of a loving family. You are so blessed!
