Bird on a Limb.

I usually post a piece of art on Sunday to link up with Sketches. But, hey, I like Paint Party Friday, too, which of course, is on Friday. So, what to do? Just post on the day in-between, that's what.

This first one is done with graphite pencil and charcoal.

and this one is done with colored pencils.

                                 Same bird - different look

  3. I liked both renderings, but if pressed than the plain charcoal would be my pick, Latane.

  4. Oh the cuteness! These are both wonderful. I keep saying that one day I will switch from buildings to birds, because they must be such fun to draw and paint.
