The ABCs of Living Life on Main Street

I've lived a long time and experienced a lot of interesting things. I was just thinking that perhaps my life has been sort of like a dictionary... you know, the ABCs of living. So, I'd like to share some of that with you each week.

                                                  A stands for
                                                                the Alp mountains

and the Matterhorn as we viewed it out of our hotel window. The Alps lie near the border of Switzerland and Italy.

                                                  A stands for
                                                                     Angels
My collection of angels that I had back in the '80s.
                                                                                                                                                  
A stands for
Apple pie

                              A french apple tart that I made for my son and daughter-in-law

A stands for
Atrium
     My eldest daughter and I standing in the atrium at Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.

                                                                 A stands for
                                                              Abraham's Seed
A small seed company near Auburn, Ne.  The sign always makes me think of Abraham's seed mentioned in the Bible.

                                                                 A stands for
                                                                      airship
An airship (or blimp) that we saw over New York Harbor.

    I am so glad you and lovely house made the storm with no bad thing happening.
    You have had a very interesting life. I didn't see much of the world when we were in the Navy.
