A Spring Drive

A beautiful Spring day... temps in the mid 70s, sunshine bright and cheery. It seemed a good time to head out for a drive. We weren't disappointed one bit.

The pink Southern Magnolias were blooming

White blossoms in front of a white house is nice, too.

Beautiful statuary in a garden

And deer feeding in a green field.

A wonderful drive indeed. Thanks Shirley for inviting me.

  12. Hi Latane, lovely photos of Spring, we are not so lucky over here. Lots of daffodills around so we know Spring is here even if it continues cold. I don't understand your temps as we are Celcius over here, - 2 some nights and a very balmy 9 or 10 some days!!
    God Bless

  13. Such beautiful photos of spring...
The deer bring back a memory...sitting on the hillside at my sister's home in Harrisonburg...gazing at the gorgeous blue sky and all the forsythia and tulips...when a herd of deer ran past me...only a couple of arms' length away. It's one of my most treasured memories...
