It's ABC Wednesday and the letter is M.
There's so Many words that start with the letter M. Which one should I use? How about Making a post featuring Merry-go-Rounds?
As a child I loved to ride the Merry-go-round at the county fair each Fall. And, I am still Mesmerized by Merry-go-Rounds.
What fun to take a small granddaughter to that county fair of long ago so that she could do the rides. Three generations going round and round to the Music, prancing up and down on the Merry Mustangs!

One twilight Hubby and I rode the Merry-go-Round just beneath the Eiffel Tower in Paris. We got no pictures so I used a pic from the internet.

Hello Latane, Yesterday while shopping at our lovely mall near here...we stopped to look at the Merry Go Round they have there. It is an old one that is refurbished. What a beautiful piece of art! The happy faces of the young ones riding it was delightful, too. I was tempted to ride but decided against it.

ReplyDeletebeautiful photos...love the merry-go-round...when I was a kid and would visit the relatives in Tidewater there would always be one excursion to the Ocean View Amusement Park...the Merry-Go-Round was my most favorite thing to ride on...so sad when the amusement park burned down

Fabulous M post for ABC Wednesday! Wow! Mom, riding that carousel in Paris near the Eiffel Tower! Now that WAS MAGICAL! :-) Loved the shot of you and my sis and niece on the merry-go-round too. Just so sweet!
