My Favorite Time of The Day.

What is your favorite time of day?

I guess that all depends on the person and their likes and dislikes. I used to be a night person, but now I tend to enjoy the mornings best. Things seem quieter to me early in the morning and my brain is so alert after a good nights sleep. But, that's just me.  How about you? When is your favorite time of day?

You might say that I enjoy every part of every day. Life is good and I am thankful to God for it.

I just love.............
The golden glow that a sunset brings as the sun's rays are reflected in the water.

The early morning mist that rises from the earth and hugs the mountain side.

High noon as the sun comes beaming through a blossoming tree.

Mealtime... any meal. This gal loves to eat.

Tea time, a time to gather thoughts and enjoy memories.

  Bedtime....

No, I am not going to post a picture of me in my jammies! But, I do enjoy that moment when I know it's time to call it a day and snuggle up in my bed.

I hope every moment of every day is a joy to you.

  1. Beautiful photos! I enjoy early morning. I usually have my first cup of coffee at my desk while I catch up on blogs. The cats enjoy watching the sun come up and the birds singing!

  3. Hi Latane, I think I really enjoy the evening the most. I can quietly rest in my chair and look back over what I have accomplished during that day. It makes me feel so good to think I have done something usefull or enjoyed a quiet afternoon or walking around the garden and thinking what we will pick the next day. Yes, it is the evening for me.
    This was a great post!

  5. I am definitely a morning person, meaning If I don't get my work done then it usually won't get done. But my "favorite" time is when I settle down in bed at night with a good book and read myself to sleep.

    I enjoyed all your pictures.

  6. Anytime of day is fine for me, but early mornings are especially appealing because of the quietness of the day to come. And, yes I also enjoy cooking at mealtime.

  7. I'm like you... I like all times of the day....I love early mornings --but since we don't go to bed until after 11 p.m., we don't get up that early... When I do get up early, I love it...

BUT--these days, I'm more of a night person instead of a morning person. I do love the feeling of getting into bed at night...

    I love sunset also......
    Hugs,
    Betsy

  9. I love very early morning outside with a cup of coffee. I can think best about how I want to get things done for the day.
Lately we have been getting into bed way to late and sometimes miss the sunrise.

  11. Nice post! I love the quiet of early morning...but rarely get enough sleep to feel rested at 5 or 6 am to get up then. Usually not up till 8 (or even 9 if I had a break in my night, which is what happened tonight! I'm up in the middle of the night after going to bed at 8:30!) Of course, it's quiet at 2 am too. :-) Just too DARK to do anything, and I'll want to go back to bed soon...already feeling sleepy again. :-) Sunsets are so gorgeous...I like that time of day too.
