April is Autism Awareness Month
Just a quick post this Saturday morning. I've been so busy with my move that April has sort of come and went without me noticing. I can't let it slip away completely without mentioning that
April is Autism Awareness Month.
My grandson, Owen, has Autism. I won't lie and say that it has been easy any of the time but life is full of challenges and caring for him has been one of those challenges. But, the blessings that he has given us every single day of his 21 years make the trials and tribulations pale in comparison. He's an amazing young man and I love him dearly.
I hope you will take time to learn more about autism. You are going to have someone in your family, a friend, someone you run across that has autism so learn all you can so that you can reap the blessings from just knowing that person. You will truly be blessed.
