Family Visits

My goodness, what a lovely time I have been having!! My youngest daughter and her son (my youngest grandson) have been visiting from New York. Her visits are always too short but not this time. We managed to get into quite a bit.

On Sunday we attended a family cookout at my middle daughter's house. It was to celebrate Shirley's birthday. The backyard was filled with laughter, fun and kids running everywhere.

Monday, we still were in the celebrating mood... this time a birthday dinner at Smithfield Station.

Tuesday, Susan helped me organize my closet. I wish we had taken before and after pictures but we didn't. There wasn't any pictures, either, of me trying on every single piece of clothing I own!! I now have a stack of clothes ready for Goodwill or some such place.  And, you won't believe how beautiful my closet is now!!

We also went to lunch at Amici's. Great bread sticks. Oh my....

Today Susan and Tighe drove off. So sad to see them go.
