What I love about fall.
Linking with Willy Nilly Friday Five - Simple and Sweet Friday - My Town Shootout
1. Ripe, red apples hanging on a tree limb. Or better still, to eat.
2. Being able to decorate with pumpkins and leaves.
3. Seeing the early morning mist settle over the valleys
4. Fields of cotton, ready to be picked and baled.
5. The colorful leaves of Fall.

Five great reasons to love Fall Latane. All gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteYour images remind me of why I love this time of year. Everything stays green where I live and I miss the wonderful color of Autumn. Your apples remind me of growing up in New Mexico and going each year to Dixon Farms where we bought apples, apple cider and had a picnic. Thanks for the memories! Enjoy your weekend.
ReplyDeleteLatane, I enjoy all those fall things that you do, but there's no cotton in my neck of the woods. 4 out of 5 ain't bad!
ReplyDeletewe love a lot of the same things...i will add apple cider donuts and hoodies!!!! that last image is gorgeous!!!
ReplyDeleteI love Autumn also --but we are still having SUMMER here. It's still very HOT and DRY... SO--I am yearning for some Fall for sure.... Great pictures.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Betsy
I love Autumn, too! And many of these are my favorite as well! So happy to have stumble upon your blog. :)
ReplyDeleteGlad you are enjoying autumn and all that it has to bring! xx
ReplyDeleteI have serious season envy. Here in Saudi our season goes from horribly hot to bearable hot to pleasant, but there are no trees to change color. No pumpkins and crunchy leaves. Thanks for visiting my blog.
ReplyDeleteI like seeing those fields of cotton!
ReplyDeleteNice! I love fall except that it ends too soon.
ReplyDeleteAwesome Five for Fall! Wish I had some pretty leaves to post! It's getting cooler here (80s and 90s) but we are having the tail end of the monsoon rains...they are slowly "petering out." I had a horrible week! Put a bid in on a house I thought I absolutely HAD to have! The kids looked at it and loved it. Then the bid was rejected. I realize now it was probably just a wee bit more expensive than we actually needed it to be...we would have had less disposable income for repairs and emergencies with that house. God knows what He's doing. Now I've moved on. But, boy was yesterday an emotional meltdown day! :-) Email me soon!
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful five, I too love this time of year.
ReplyDeletegreat fall images latane! i hope your week is going well! thank you for linking :)
ReplyDeleteFive super photo's for Fall, my favourite is the second one.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
Wow! Beautiful photos! Makes me miss the 4 seasons in Upstate NY.
ReplyDeleteLatane, such wonderful signs of the season! A cotton field ready for picking is something that I see in my neck of the woods.
