    Beautiful, Latane! Thanks for the food advice you gave. Sounds like you may have the Alpha-Gal allergy, now that it has a name and is being studied by UVA. Not everyone has the milk related deal.

      Thanks, Faye, for your comment and your friendship. Wishing you well always. After several years of allergy shots I can not (and do) eat red meat. But, I still prefer my chicken.
