Let's Go Fishing

I usually link  to Paint Party Friday with my entry to Sunday Sketches on Sunday. Thought I'd reverse the order this time and do my original post on Friday. It's nice to do things differently from time to time. Keeps a body on their toes, realigns the thinking, makes things fun. Try it sometime. 

 Having been a 'serious' amateur artist in the past, I have now discovered the fun of exploring more facets to my 'talent', if you can call it that. Michael's Scribble Picnic on Wednesday, Alexandra's Sketches on Sunday and Paint Party on Friday has opened up so many possibilities for me. I am loving it. Thanks to all you guys. 

 And, for those who say they can't draw a 'straight line', I say buy some colored pencils, a drawing pencil, some paper, join in with one or all of these memes and just have a blast!! 

                                            Life is too short to not explore new avenues!!  


I guess you can tell that my theme today is FISH...

    Lovely fish drawings, Latane! I especially like the colors on the second one, but the cuteness of the first one was such fun. You are right. I keep telling people that anyone can do art.
