Ladybugs

                                                      Ladybug, ladybug fly away home
                                                                 Your house is on fire
                                                                your children all gone.

How many times have you repeated that little verse when you were young?

Michael at Scribble Picnic is featuring ladybugs today on his meme. Why don't you go over and visit all the ladybugs there?

I am also linking to Paint Party Friday

Here's my entry:

a pot of purple flowers done in watercolor pencil.... with a ladybug on one stem.

  7. Beautiful and I love your little ladybug ... I think they are awesome and wonderful to have around your garden as they eat those pesky bugs that would eat our plants. Micheal made a good choice for this weeks prompt ... and you did it justice.

And, no, never said that verse growing up. We didn't have an English Ladybird, Ladybird version apparently!
