You don't see a lot of silos anymore. At least not in my area. I just love the look of this old one and would like to share it with Tom at Barn Collective and Mersad at Through My Lens and with all of you.
Such a cool silo! Glad you joined in with Through My Lens today as well as Barn Collective. We drove around a bit yesterday before coming home (had house-sit for the kids one night while they went to a concert in Seattle) and I got some nice shots of the countryside, barns and farm animals! Some shares for later.
...solo silos are common in these parts. Barn collapse easily, but silos remain standing. Thanks Latane for stopping by, please come again.

ReplyDeleteI love your silo too! Wouldn't it be fun to fix one up and live in it? It would be like a story book home!
ReplyDeleteI agree I don't see silos anymore - love this one.
ReplyDeleteLook a bit forgotten!
ReplyDeleteGreat photo!
ReplyDeleteStill a lot of old silos around here. They all have a story to tell
Have a wonderful week!
It's been a really long time since I've seen one like this. Have a lovely day!
