Bedtime for Bunny

Fall is here, soon winter will arrive and it will be time for blankets and warm beds. The theme this week on Michael's Scribble Picnic is blanket. I don't usually do illustrations but Michael's requests pushes me in new directions, so thank you for that, Michael.

Here is blanket illustration. This was done in colored pencil on sketch paper.

  2. Don't stop with your illustrating Latane, you are doing such great things. This is just so lovely, the bed and checked blanket for the bunny, the window with curtains, and the little bedside bookcase - love it all.

  4. This is a darling illustration Latane. The softness of the colors. The details in the bookshelf, and blanket. Are we tucking someone in....or saying good morning. So cute. Keep up- the good work.

  6. So sweet! The curtains are dear too.
It is indeed that time of year. I even use a hot water bottle that has it's own sweater on it for bed.

  7. Very nice, I like how you added the entire room, not just the blanket.

  10. Oh a snuggle bunny ... love it Latane. It is already cool enough at night to need that cozy blanket. I'm not looking forward to the colder times of winter, except I do love snow. There is always an up side :) Nicely done ...

  13. Cute, sleepy bunny under that blanket. Isn't it nice how we are stretched to try new things with the picnic?
