A Birthday

The youngest great-grandchild turned one this week and celebrated with his party on Sunday. He (and the rest of us) had a wonderful time.

'Hey, something is about to happen. Do you know what it is?'

'You are right.... it's my birthday. Yippee!'

'I'll just rest a minute while Mommy looks at my book'.

'I'm not much into the paper tearing so I'll let Mommy do that'.

'Hey, wait a minute, guys... those are my gifts!'

Dylan: 'I put my hand on this first!'

Vann: 'No you didn't, I did'

'Check out this cool Starwars jacket, a gift from Uncle Christopher'

'Well, as I was saying.... Thank you all for the gifts. Now I'll just sit and wait for another surprise'.

'A cake, just for me... you really shouldn't have, Nana, but it sure does look yummy'.

' I'll take just a taste..............

..........and then I will destroy it!'
