Day At The Zoo Two

I promised more pictures of the Virginia Zoological Park in Norfolk. There was beautiful landscaping and buildings..................






A train ride through the park

Geese feeding on the expansive lawn

Waterfalls



And birds




                            The sign near these birds say that they are blue-bellied rollers.

    What a nice zoo.... WOW---you could spend a long time there either walking around and/or looking at all of the critters... Love those waterfalls... Neat!!!

    I haven't been to the zoo since my son was in the first grade. He'll be 32 in a couple of weeks.

    Looks like a great zoo to visit. Loved the photos of the birds and the waterfall..Also interesting houses on stilts
