A Suffolk Fence

Yesterday I was at the Suffolk Art Museum viewing the quilts on exhibit there. The trip provided a wonderful opportunity for me to take a picture of a house nearby that I have absolutely been pea-green with envy over.

It's so elegant, Southern, Gone With The Windish.  And, they have the most interesting fence in front. Very short so as to not block the view of passersby

but just take a gander at the entry!! It makes such a STATEMENT!!

I am linking with Good Fences today. Why don't you take a look at Theresa's meme. You'll like it, I bet.

  1. Oh yes, Mom! The entrance is grand, and the fence short enough not to interfere with that super grand house! Wow, it is just so beautiful!!!

  5. Oh yeah it does remind me of, GWTW (which I love by the way). Awesome looking home and the entryway is wonderful. Brick work is really neat.
