Farewell to the beach

Even though I just returned from a quick trip to the mountains, I can't seem to stop thinking about THE BEACH!! I sure hope you will indulge me in one more post about that fun week. Hang on.... we are about to hit the sand and surf.

Peeps seem to pop up most anywhere when Polly and Kate get together. So, some of the girls put on a little show featuring Halloween peeps to surprise Polly.

And, she was SURPRISED............

Shirley and I posing with one of many horse statues around Corolla. We were on our way to see REAL horses in the wild.

A storm approaching ... and yet it's calming, not scary.

        Sleep well tonight, friends.

  5. I've never heard of a group of ladies having so much fun together at the beach... Reminds me of my times with 3 childhood girlfriends when we would meet every Fall for several days. We always had so much fun together. Two of the four of us are now dead--so it makes me sad....

I'm so glad you all had such a good time...
    Hugs,
    Betsy
