Sunflower

It's Paint Party Friday Time and Sketches, too. Love seeing all the wonderful art projects that people do. 

 Here is my contribution today. 

It is very cold where I am today (visiting my son in Alabama) but worse back home in Virginia. They are getting a foot of snow.

    This is so pretty. The flower is bright and happy. However, I love the way you painted the glass. very nicely done.

    A lovely lonely flower ... a reminder of a summer past or future depending on whether your glass is half full or half empty :) Nicely done, Latane ... and yes, I was reading about the storms in the southeast. I am glad you are in Alabama :)
